LM Federal offers you the opportunity to apply for a number of credit union products and services right from your home or office. With our electronic forms, simply complete the applications you wish to submit and then send them to us via e-mail.  We have installed the proper security measures to make sure that your applications will remain confidential and well-protected during transmission. PDF documents require Acrobat Reader - open and then print the document to a laser or inkjet printer. You may download Acrobat Reader from Adobe's website for free.  These forms may either be mailed for faxed.  Our address is:

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying objects.
