Employees of LM Federal are authorized to use member data for authorized business purposes only. LM Federal maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. For security reasons, personal identification numbers (PIN) used to access Touch Tone Teller, ATM or Visa Check Cards, online banking and other services are not accessible to LM Federal employees. SharingWe may disclose non-public personal information to companies that perform services on behalf of LM Federal Credit Union, or to other financial service providers, such as insurance companies, with whom we have joint marketing agreements. Information provided to companies with whom we have joint marketing agreements does not include your social security number or Credit Union account number(s). Companies that perform services on our behalf may include consumer reporting agencies, check printers, checking account verification services, data processing, online services, audio response or account statement generation. LM Federal is highly selective when choosing business partners that provide our members’ service. Your Privacy Choices Under certain circumstances federal laws give you the right to instruct financial companies not to share some of your information (called “opting out”).
