You may instantly enroll for Internet Branch online. You will need to create an Access ID and Password. For security reasons, have your 4-5 digit account number and Social Security Number available. To transfer funds between different account numbers, you will need to complete the Cross-Account Transfer Authorization Form. Internet Branch Tips: Remember that Internet Branch is not directly linked to the Credit Union's main computer systems. Transactions processed thru Internet Branch are posted to our core computer system several times a day on regular business days. For example, a transfer from share/savings to checking that you create thru Internet Branch over the weekend is posted to your account on Monday morning around 8:30 am. Transactions are posted to your account on business days around 8:30 am, 2:00 pm and 4:45 pm, EST. If you need a share/savings to checking transfer posted immediately, you may do so by performing the transaction at any ATM or by calling and speaking to a Member Service Representative. ATM/Visa check card transactions, transactions with a Member Service Rep., ACH deposits & withdrawals, etc., are also not immediately listed on Internet Branch. Transaction history is uploaded to Internet Branch three times a day on all business days (at approximately 10:00 am, 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm). For example, a transaction performed with your ATM or Visa check card over a weekend will be listed on Internet Branch by approximately 10:00 am the following Monday (or Tuesday morning if Monday is a federal holiday). |
